POLICIES/TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
By proceeding with any reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
(This agreement also applies to the checkout process and must be accepted before completing a reservation.)
Rental Period:
The rental period for all RV, boat, trailer, and equipment storage spaces begins on the customer’s selected start date and continues on a recurring billing cycle unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Customers are responsible for vacating the space prior to the end of the rental term unless the rental is renewed.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled prior to move-in may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable administrative or processing fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once a customer has moved in or taken possession of the space, rental payments are non-refundable.
Damages:
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to facility property, gates, fencing, surfaces, equipment, or other structures by their vehicle, trailer, guests, or related equipment. Any repair or replacement costs resulting from customer-caused damage may be charged to the tenant.
Insurance:
Customers are required to maintain valid insurance coverage on all stored vehicles, boats, trailers, and equipment at all times during the rental period. Stor Anything is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Payment:
Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing. All rental fees are billed in advance and must be paid on time to maintain access to the facility. Failure to make payment may result in late fees, restricted access, or removal from the property in accordance with applicable laws and facility policy.
Liability:
Stor Anything is not responsible for loss, theft, vandalism, fire, weather-related damage, acts of nature, or damage of any kind to vehicles, trailers, equipment, or personal property stored on the premises. All property is stored at the customer’s sole risk. Customers are solely responsible for securing, maintaining, and insuring their vehicles, equipment, and belongings at all times.
Security:
Stor Anything utilizes 24/7 video surveillance, gated access, perimeter fencing, and on-site staff to help maintain a secure storage environment. While we take security seriously, customers remain responsible for securing their own vehicles, trailers, equipment, and personal belongings at all times.
Smoking:
Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere on the storage premises.
Tenant’s Guests:
Tenants are responsible for all guests, visitors, vendors, or service providers they allow onto the property. Guests must remain with the tenant at all times while on the premises and must follow all facility rules, access procedures, and safety requirements. Children must be supervised at all times.
Gate Access and Entry Codes:
Gate access is provided through Stor Anything’s secure digital access system. Each tenant is assigned individual access credentials and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access information. Access credentials may not be shared, transferred, or used by unauthorized individuals. Tenants are responsible for all activity associated with their access credentials. Tailgating, gate sharing, or allowing unauthorized entry is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access.
Prohibited Items / Hazardous Materials
The storage of hazardous, flammable, explosive, illegal, perishable, or environmentally harmful materials is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, fuel containers not properly secured, propane tanks not installed in approved systems, chemicals, hazardous waste, firearms, explosives, illegal substances, and any materials that may create a safety or environmental risk. Stor Anything reserves the right to refuse or remove any prohibited item or vehicle that poses a risk to the facility or others.
Abandoned or Unauthorized Vehicles
Only vehicles, trailers, boats, and equipment registered to the tenant and approved by Stor Anything may be stored on the premises. Any unauthorized, unidentified, abandoned, or improperly parked vehicle may be subject to towing, removal, or disposal at the owner’s expense in accordance with applicable laws and facility policy.
Vehicle Condition Requirements
All stored vehicles, boats, trailers, and equipment must be in good condition and maintained in a safe, operable state unless otherwise approved by management. Vehicles must be properly registered, insured, and free of significant fluid leaks or hazardous conditions. Flat tires, excessive deterioration, hazardous mechanical issues, or conditions that create safety concerns may not be permitted on the property.
Late Payments and Default
Rental payments are due in full on the scheduled billing date. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in late fees, restricted gate access, and account default. Stor Anything reserves the right to deny access, terminate the rental agreement, tow or remove stored property, and pursue any remedies permitted by law for unpaid balances or policy violations.
Termination of Rental
Either party may terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the terms outlined at the time of reservation. Tenants must remove all vehicles, trailers, equipment, and personal property from the premises by the termination date. Any property remaining after termination may be considered abandoned and subject to removal at the tenant’s expense.
Use of Space
Storage spaces are intended for vehicle, trailer, boat, and equipment storage only. Spaces may not be used for habitation, business operations, repair work, mechanical services, retail activity, or the storage of household trash or loose personal property outside of the approved stored vehicle or trailer. Any use deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with facility operations is prohibited.
Maintenance and Repairs On Site
Minor maintenance such as battery charging, tire inflation, or basic cleaning may be performed on stored vehicles provided it does not interfere with other tenants, create a safety hazard, or result in spills, debris, or damage to the property. Major repairs, mechanical work, oil changes, fluid changes, body work, or any repair activity that creates noise, waste, or environmental risk is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by management.
Cleanliness and Condition of Space
Tenants are responsible for keeping their storage space clean, orderly, and free of trash, debris, leaks, or hazardous materials. No loose items, discarded materials, or personal property may be stored outside of the approved vehicle, trailer, or equipment without prior written approval. Stor Anything reserves the right to require cleanup or remove prohibited items at the tenant’s expense.
Emergency Contact Requirement
Tenants are required to provide and maintain a current emergency contact on file at all times. This contact may be used in the event of an emergency, safety concern, vehicle issue, policy violation, or if immediate communication with the tenant is not possible.
Right to Refuse Service
Stor Anything reserves the right to refuse service, deny access, or terminate occupancy at its discretion for nonpayment, policy violations, unsafe behavior, misuse of the premises, unauthorized access, harassment of staff or other tenants, or any conduct deemed disruptive, unlawful, or harmful to the facility or its occupants.
Acts of Nature / Severe Weather
Stor Anything is not responsible for damage caused by weather, flooding, wind, hail, falling debris, fire, storms, or other acts of nature. Customers are solely responsible for preparing, securing, and insuring their vehicles, trailers, boats, and equipment against severe weather and environmental conditions common to Florida.
